Taryn Gilligan

(she/her/hers) is a graduate student at Northeastern University. Her research interests include digital narratology, cognitive literary criticism, sociolinguistics, new media, and empathy studies. Gilligan has been a digital marketing and business development consultant for the last eight years. She specializes in helping creatives and small businesses build communities and create meaningful impact through digital storytelling.

Joseph Wheatley

(he/him/his) is a first year English Graduate student at Northeastern University. He received his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and English from Emmanuel College. His research interests include Satire and Feminist Theory. Joseph plans on pursuing a PhD in Satirical Literature soon after he obtains his master’s degree.
